Flu Season and the Vaccination
With the beautiful fall weather, comes the warnings of being prepared for the upcoming dreaded Flu season. Most people used to get their Flu vaccine at their primary care physician's office. It seems like every year there are more and more locations to make it easier for everyone to get their vaccine. this year it seems you can get one almost everywhere any day of the week. Many Flu Clinics have already started and there are many more scheduled.
The Flu vaccine is still a controversy for some. Some people need the vaccine due to their health reasons or perhaps their close relationship with someone that should be vaccinated or is at high risk of the Flu. Others still stay away and do not feel that the vaccine will benefit them and yet, still others feel the flu vaccine makes them get the Flu they probably could have stayed away from.
If you decide to get your Flu vaccine this year and want a convenient location other than a visit to your doctor, check out this link. http://www.osaicri.org/FluClinics.php
Whatever your choice is regarding the vaccine, have a safe and healthy winter!
